1. User Accounts & Eligibility

• Clients: Property owners and organizations hiring skilled workers must maintain accurate identity and contact details.
• Skilled Workers: Professionals registering for public discovery warrant that all submitted trade certificates, diplomas, licenses, and experience records are authentic and unaltered.
• Partner Institutes: Partner institutions must be officially registered vocational schools, accreditation agencies, or certified training centers.

2. Verification & Badge Integrity

The "RokCheang Verified Badge" is an institutional endorsement issued following official evaluation. Any submission of forged documents, misleading credentials, or fraudulent qualifications will result in immediate permanent account termination and notification to appropriate regulatory bodies.

3. Direct Client-Contractor Engagement

RokCheang operates as a discovery, verification, and accreditation platform. Contractual agreements, project fees, scope of work, and safety conditions are determined directly between the client and the independent skilled professional.

4. Safety & Standards

All verified specialists are expected to follow Cambodian workplace safety regulations, trade-specific electrical/structural codes, and ethical business conduct when fulfilling on-site assignments.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Phnom Penh.
